Getting Around

Amalfi town center is very walkable. Inter-town travel is best done by ferry or bus, as the Amalfi Coast roads are narrow and can be congested. SITA buses and ferry services connecting the coastal towns are the main public transport options.

Local Flavors

Amalfi Coast cuisine is characterized by fresh seafood and the region's famous “sfusato amalfitano” lemons. Pasta, olive oil, and wine form the basis of all dishes. Lemon-based desserts and liqueurs are a must-try.
